Cancellation policy for re-scheduling
or cancellation, 6 hours notice is required. Any cancellation of 6 hours
will incur 50% charge, less than 2 hours will incur 100% charge. Groups
of 3 or more incur a 24hour cancellation policy. Please arrive at Scenz
10 minutes prior to treatments as we start on time and finish on time.
If you are late please understand we cannot be expected to still give
you your full time as that would be unfair to the next clients.
No child under 13 will be permitted treatments. Any child 13yrs - 16yrs
having a treatment must be accompanied by a guardian. If you have any
